When the customer clicks (click) in the “Payment” box to process payment Order means
(i) Customer confirms that the Order has been reviewed;
(ii) The Customer has read and agreed that the Terms and Conditions will apply to the Purchase of the Product in the Order;
(iii) When using the Card to make payment, you undertake to understand, and accept the risks and damages that may result from your use of the Card for online trading (without limitation at risk of disclosure of information or theft of card information during the transaction).

Products / Services will be delivered to the address that Customer requests in the Order under the Delivery Policy with the specified time.
StarSolutions.vn will not take responsibility if Customer entered personal information incorrectly such as phone number, email address resulting in service failure.
In case the customer wants to change the address of receiving the Product, the Customer needs to call to inform the Customer service Center: (i) the name and contact number of the person in charge by the Customer to receive the Product and (ii) ) the address to receive goods. The person in charge by the Customer to receive the Product on the Order or by telephone is collectively referred to as the “Consignee.”
In some cases, when required, the consignee must present identification such as a Citizen Identification Card / Citizen ID Card / Passport for the delivery officer to check before receiving the goods.
The consignee must check the Product and sign the Delivery Note before receiving the products.
Risk and ownership of the Product will be transferred to Customer from the time the Goods Receiver signs the Delivery Note. Customers need to retain the delivery note for inspection or to resolve issues that may arise related to the Product (if any).
Cancel order, change, return product and refund
– Reason for acceptance Cancellation or refund:
- Customers change the idea at the time of delivery and receipt: (i) Products are lost the seal, delivered in wrong quantity, information and samples and code comparing to the Order; (ii) the product is defective during transportation (deformed, scratched, stained, cracked, etc.); (iii) inappropriate size.
- The product is defective due to manufacturer’s fault (technical failure, design error, content, defects / internal defects, different from manufacturer’s declared quality standards):
StarSolutions.vn accepts the return for the reason that the customer changes the usage demand, however, the accepted products will be based on the business policy at the time of request.
It does not apply to products subject to Restricted Returns or Products with Restriction Notes in the product description.
Note: In order to avoid misunderstanding, the return is made in time and under detailed terms and conditions specified by StarSolutions.vn.
– Products failing to meet conditions for return:
- The product is not in StarSolutions.vn’s limited liability list.
– Products that meet the requirements for payment:
- The product / service is full of accessories (user guide, warranty card …) and accompanying gift (if any).
- The product is not dirty, washable, odorless, no signs of use, or no data (if the product has a storage device).
Customers must submit to StarSolutions.vn a request for a refund (“Request for Redemption”), including: (i) a request for a return on the StarSolutions.vn according to the return request form; (ii) documents proving that the customer has purchased the product / service at StarSolutions.vn (order number, purchase invoice, delivery note, bank statement …); and (iii) products / services to be returned and associated gifts (if any).
– Time of redemption:
- Unless otherwise stated in the introduction of products / services on the website of StarSolutions.vn, customers have a period of 03 days from the date of receipt of goods to send requests for the return.
- After this time, StarSolutions.vn does not accept any refund / cancellation / refund requests.
